EMAAR has assigned Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) to construct Plot B-004 "Arlo," a landmark residential tower in the Dubai Creek Harbour. This high-rise development comprises a Basement + Ground + 2 Podium + 48 floors (B+G+2P+48) and boasts a Built-Up Area (BUA) of 88,399 m². The project reinforces ECC Contracting’s reputation as a leader in delivering complex, high-quality developments across the UAE.
ECC will employ Design & Build and Value Engineering services, highlighting the company’s dedication to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions. With this latest award, ECC strengthens its presence within the Bridge District, having previously secured four other plots—Kaya, Elaya, Fia, and Ora, which are also under construction.
