Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been awarded the contract for Phase 2 of Nad Al Shiba School by Dubai Municipality, continuing its role in advancing the UAE’s educational infrastructure.
The project, under a full Design & Build scope, involves the construction of a low-rise educational facility with a built-up area of 41,111 m2 approximately. This phase will further support the growing demand for modern educational facilities in the Nad Al Shiba area.
ECC Contracting successfully completed Phase 1 within a six-month timeframe, delivering approximately 30 classrooms fully equipped and ready for the 2025–2026 academic year. The scope of Phase 1 also included securing all necessary NOC approvals and building permits, which were obtained within the same six-month period, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
With over five decades of experience, ECC Contracting has developed numerous prestigious educational institutions across the UAE, including Zayed University campuses (Al Ruwayyah and Knowledge Village), Universal American School, Deira International School, Greenfield Community School, Charity National School, and several others in Sharjah.
