“This was a fast-track design and build project, consisting of a ground + 2 storeyain building with ancillary buildings for canteen, gymnasium, pool, auditorium, external sports facilities like basketball, volleyball, football courts and external hard & soft landscaping. With a built up area of 27,000m2, (21,000m2 for British School) the building was completed in 10onths (including design & building permits) utilizing a pre-cast concrete frame and shell. Due to the ground conditions we had to carry out soil improvement before proceeding with the construction. “
