The project also features 1,392 sliding doors, 680 hanging windows, and a variety of partitions totaling 220,000 sqm, showcasing a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
"One of our biggest challenges was coordinating façade installation alongside structural work, ensuring seamless progress without compromising safety," said Engr. Saed Naser Al Khalili - ECC Façade Projects Manager. "With a peak workforce of 500 dedicated professionals, managing access and work permits became a daily feat crucial to our success."
The project's roof, a marvel of engineering with 220 tons of steel and aluminum, exemplifies its blend of durability and design. Despite these complexities, the project is on track to be fully completed by mid-February 2024, aligning with the project timeline and surpassing expectations.
