Engineering Contracting Company (ECC Contracting) has been awarded the construction contract for Capria East and Capria West at Ghaf Woods by Majid Al Futtaim Ghaf Woods LLC, marking another significant milestone in ECC’s portfolio of landmark projects across the UAE.
Capria West has a built-up area of approximately 164,122 m², while Capria East covers around 131,497 m², together forming a total development of 295,619 m² and delivering 1,267 residential apartments ranging from 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units and duplex residences. Together, the development forms a significant residential cluster designed to accommodate a diverse range of lifestyle needs within a thoughtfully planned community environment.
The construction timeline for Capria West is scheduled for 28 months to TOC, followed by 2 months for handover to owners. Package 2 will commence approximately 2 to 3 months after the start of Package 1, subject to the completion of enabling works, with a 27-month construction duration to TOC and a further 2 months for handover.
The project is being delivered under the consultancy of SSH International, with cost consultancy services provided by JLL. The collaboration brings together leading industry expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the development in line with international standards of quality, cost efficiency, and design intent.
