Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Hewi Dubai, Nad Al Shiba Fourth – Parks Project in Emirati Housing Areas A, under a Design & Build contract with Dubai Municipality. This award reflects ECC Contracting’s continued expertise in delivering high-quality infrastructure and community development projects across Dubai.
The project is located on Plot Nos. 6170135 and 6170136 in Nad Al Shiba Fourth, covering a total area of 10,841 m², with a construction timeline of 152 days and a contract value of AED 35,880,000/-. The project will be executed in collaboration with M/s Dubai Consultants, ensuring that design, planning, and construction meet the highest quality standards.
This project marks ECC Contracting’s third consecutive engagement in Nad Al Shiba, following the successful completion of Phase 1 and the ongoing work on Phase 2 of Nad Al Shiba School. For the Parks Project, ECC will design and build thoughtfully planned recreational spaces, combining landscaped areas, pedestrian pathways, seating zones, and amenities that enhance community living. The development will provide residents with safe, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing environments for leisure and social interaction.
