Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been appointed by one of the UAE’s leading developers, EMAAR, to construct Address Residences, a landmark high-rise residential tower located within the prestigious Bridge District of Dubai Creek Harbour.
The development, spanning a total built-up area of 68,594 square metres, is set to feature premium living spaces, state-of-the-art amenities, and the signature sophistication synonymous with the Bridge District. Strategically positioned at the dynamic crossroads of Al Jaddaf and Festival City, the project promises residents a unique lifestyle enriched by stunning beach access and breathtaking panoramic views of the Creek and city skyline.
Designed as a Residential Building comprising a Basement, Ground Floor, two Podium Levels, 35 residential floors, and two dedicated mechanical roof levels, the tower will deliver a striking architectural presence while maximising space for both living and essential building services.
