The project involves the design, construction, and completion of two main buildings: a 46-meter tall hotel with 10 floors plus a roof, and a 170-meter tall branded apartment high-rise with 37 floors, a roof, an upper roof, and a dome. Both structures will be situated over a shared podium extending from the ground floor to the 4th floor.
