Design, construction and completion of Talah Board factory. Ground floor only shed, made of concrete slabs with pre-engineered steel frame structure on concrete footing foundations, and aluminium skin cladding with insulated pannels in AC areas. MEP, Road and ladscaping included. Shed height from 9 to 13m, production area 6978m2 + 603m2 of mezzanine floor for offices. Precast concrete boundary walls along plot limites. 3 months design, 12 months construction. Plot size: 320m*172m = 55,121m2 Pre-enginered steel structure frame on concrete footing foundations, concrete slabs floor, Roof and wall cladding with sandwich pannels.
