RTA – Health Club and Spa Facilities

Design and construction of a Health Club and Spa facility at Nad Al Sheba, with a total built-up area of approximately 7,500 m². This prestigious project is primarily intended to entertain VIPs. Unique features include a temperature and humidity-controlled swimming pool (25 x 25 x 6.5 meters deep), a gymnasium equipped with the most advanced and sophisticated equipment, a SwimEx aquatic rehabilitation and therapy pool with hot and cold plunge pools, a HydroWorx 2000 Series aquatic therapy pool, and Cryotherapy Ice Labs with a room temperature of -110°C. The total built-up area of this project is approximately 7,500 m².
