CEVA is one of the world’s leading supply chain management companies, in both freight management and contract logistics. This logistics store is spread over an area of 8.65 hectares. The large pre-engineered steel framed structures (the larger one being 35,590 SQ.M and the other 27,133 SQ.M) had a maximum pitch of 13m, super-flat zero tolerance floor slabs, air-conditioning and hazardous goods storage rooms which are accessed through 62 sealed docks.
This fast track design-and-build project was executed through Joint Venture with McLaren Construction & ECC, where all requirements for Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification was specified but eventually exceeded to win the 1st gold certification as per new standards.
