The Al Nahda Residential Complex comprises four 28-story towers. It is one of the largest apartment buildings in the UAE, with 800 apartments, all connected by a common podium, parking, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a helipad. Each building has a reinforced concrete core and reinforced concrete slabs, while the exteriors of the towers are clad with precast panels. The entire project was completed in 2 years.
