322 Police Residential Complex

This large police housing complex encompasses an area of 17.73 hectares in the Aluhaisnah area of Dubai. Our scope of work in this design and build contract is to design and construct 322, 2 storey houses, design and install the infrastructure for the whole development, design and install earth retaining structures, carry out earthworks in the whole site in order to level the ground, and envelope the entire complex with a 15.5 km boundary wall with the gate houses.
