Engineering Contracting Company (ECC Contracting) has been awarded two flagship residential projects, Altan and Albero, in the North Gateway District of Dubai Creek Harbour by EMAAR.
Each project spans a built-up area of approximately 1,030,720 sq. ft., comprising high-rise residential towers rising to Basement + Ground + 3 Podium Levels + 55 Floors, along with six premium townhouses per development. Collectively, the projects will deliver 479 apartments per tower, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, complemented by modern amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, and children’s play areas.
The Altan and Albero projects, while distinct developments, share 99% identical design and are located adjacent to each other. ECC Contracting will deploy a unified construction team to deliver both projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the twin developments.
The construction duration for each project is planned at 35 months, followed by a 12-month Defects Liability Period (DLP). ECC Contracting will apply its proven expertise in lean construction, value engineering, and advanced project management to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Located in Dubai Creek Harbour’s North Gateway District, the developments offer residents a vibrant lifestyle with scenic promenades, premium dining, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, complemented by the upcoming Dubai Metro expansion.
