Engineering Contracting Company (ECC Contracting) has been awarded the construction contract for W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a landmark high-rise residential development by Arada, located in the prestigious Dubai Harbour, Marsa Dubai.
The project has a total built-up area of approximately 233,675 square metres and comprises three high-rise residential towers designed as an integrated development. The main construction contract includes 490 luxury branded residences and a range of premium amenities within a landscaped connecting podium. The scope of works covers the construction of a common basement, ground floor, six podium levels, and three towers of 42 residential floors each, including a roof and upper roof level (B+G+6P+3×42F+R+UR).
Strategically located within Dubai Harbour, the project offers residents direct access to a vibrant waterfront lifestyle, with proximity to premium hospitality destinations, leisure attractions, and major connectivity corridors across Dubai. The development is positioned to redefine contemporary urban living through its scale, architectural presence, and integration within one of the city’s most sought-after coastal destinations.
W Residences at Dubai Harbour represents a significant addition to Dubai’s luxury waterfront residential portfolio. The development is being delivered under the consultancy of M/s Dar Al-Handasah (DAR) as Lead Consultant, with M/s HQS appointed as Cost Consultant.
ECC Contracting will leverage its extensive experience in delivering complex high-rise developments to execute the project, applying advanced construction methodologies, lean planning, and robust project management systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the construction lifecycle.
