The project is being delivered under a full Design & Build scope, reflecting ECC Contracting’s capability to manage large-scale, high-quality developments from initial concept design through to final handover. The development comprises a Basement, Ground Floor, two Podium Levels, 52 Residential Floors, and two dedicated Mechanical Roof Levels, making it a complex, high-rise structure that combines luxury living with world-class amenities. The basement and podium levels will house essential services, car parking, and communal facilities, while the 52 residential floors are designed to provide premium apartments with stunning views of the Creek and the Dubai skyline.
