The scope of ECC’s work includes the construction of four residential plots within Town Square Dubai. Plot 86, known as Kaya, has a total built-up area of 31,361 m²; Plot 87, Elaya, spans 28,449 m²; Plot 88, Fia, covers 36,639 m²; and Plot 89, Ora, comprises 29,798 m². This major development will further enhance Dubai’s residential landscape by offering high-quality living spaces for families and professionals, aligning with the city’s growth and vision.
